The SAVEFACE mobile application offers an individual selection of self-massage video courses, taking into account the users physical data, problem areas and goals.
The basic program is the same for everyone, but depending on the identified problem areas and the goals of the user, appropriate videos are added to the course.
Courses differ in subscription duration and cost.
Part of the video tutorials is provided for free, the main content is paid.
The exercises from the course are grouped by weeks, 1 week contains 7 days of classes, each day has several video exercises.
